Walk into every store visit with the numbers
You support franchisees, enforce compliance and answer for the health of your territory. Gorilla Dash shows you which locations need help — before they ask.
What a territory manager is accountable for
The territory manager is the franchise model in person: the one who visits the stores, coaches the owners, enforces the standards and carries the region’s numbers up to head office. A territory of twenty or forty locations means twenty or forty businesses to know well enough to help, and a calendar that only allows each of them a visit every few weeks.
The job runs on information the territory manager usually does not have when they need it. Which store is slipping this month, not last quarter. Whether a franchisee’s complaint about leads is real. What the best store in the region does that the others do not. Without shared numbers, every visit opens with opinions, every dispute runs on competing spreadsheets, and the struggling store is found when the royalty report arrives.
Gorilla Dash gives the territory manager the region as a live view — every store’s leads, follow-up, sales, reviews, support and training against the network benchmark — and the same numbers the franchisee sees, so support visits start from facts and disputes end when both sides look at the same screen.
Sound familiar?
Problems surface late
By the time a struggling store shows up in the monthlies, you've lost a quarter — and the lead-flow or follow-up problem that caused it started long before.
Meetings start from anecdotes
Without shared data, support visits open with opinions instead of facts, and the hour is spent agreeing on what happened rather than on what to do about it.
Disputes without shared facts
Franchisee disagreements — about leads, territories, the marketing fund, fairness — drag on because everyone brings different numbers and nobody can prove theirs.
Best practice stays in one store
The top location in the region does something the others do not, and you cannot see what it is, let alone roll it out.
How Gorilla Dash helps
Identify locations that need help
Every store in the territory ranked against the region and the network — leads, follow-up speed, conversion, reviews, support and margin — so the outliers are visible this week, not next quarter.
BenchmarkingMeeting-ready data
Turn up to every support visit with the store's own numbers already prepared — and with the franchisee looking at the same dashboard, so the conversation starts from shared facts.
Financial ReportingSee whether leads are being followed up
Every enquiry and tracked call for every store with who it was assigned to and when it was contacted, so "we are not getting leads" and "we are not calling them back" are different, visible problems.
Website enquiriesCompare stores to replicate success
See what the best locations do differently — response time, review requests, local campaigns, training completion — and roll it out across the territory with the evidence attached.
Franchise reporting softwareResolve disputes from shared numbers
Franchisees see the same data you do, territory routing keeps a log of where every lead went, and the marketing fund is reported by the revenue it produced at each store — so conversations start from facts.
Franchise CRMSupport and training you can see
Open tickets, response times, training completion and the knowledge base for every store in the region, so a visit covers what the store actually needs help with.
Support ticketsYour first quarter on Gorilla Dash
A typical rollout — every network starts with what it already has, so the order and the pace are set with you.
Weeks 1–2
The territory on one screen
Your stores grouped as a territory once and reused in every report; enquiries, calls and follow-up per store visible from the first week.
Month 1
Visits that start from data
Sales and reviews connected, the first support visits run from the store’s own dashboard, and the first territory report delivered to you and to head office on schedule.
Quarter 1
Benchmarks and a playbook
A quarter of consistent data across the territory, so the benchmarks are trusted, the best store’s practices are documented, and the struggling ones were found in week two rather than at quarter-end.
The questions a territory manager asks, and where the answer lives
| You ask | Where to look | What you see |
|---|---|---|
| Which stores need a visit this week? | Territory benchmark | Every store ranked against the region with the metric that moved, so the visit list writes itself |
| Is this store getting leads, or dropping them? | Enquiries and calls | Leads received, time to first contact and conversion per store, with the routing log for each one |
| What does the top store do differently? | Store comparison | Side-by-side response times, review requests, campaigns sent and training completion |
| Was the marketing fund fair to this store? | Lead source report | Leads and revenue the national campaigns produced at each store in the territory |
| What did we agree at the last visit? | Location record | Notes, tickets and follow-ups against the location, in one timeline |
| Has the region completed the new training? | Courses and assessments | Completion by store and person across the territory |
| Which stores are not asking for reviews? | Reputation | Review requests sent, reviews received and response time per store across the territory |

Frequently asked questions
Can I see only my territory?
Yes. Territory managers have a role scoped to the locations they manage, so the dashboards, benchmarks, tickets and reports show their region — with the network benchmark alongside for context. Head office sees every territory; franchisees see their own store.
Do franchisees see the same numbers I do?
For their own store, yes. That is what makes the support visit work: you and the owner are looking at the same dashboard from the same data, so the hour goes on what to do rather than on whose spreadsheet is right.
How does it help with lead disputes between stores?
Leads are routed to a location by territory rule, automatically, and every assignment is logged. When a franchisee says a neighbouring store took their lead, the routing history shows what was sent where and when — and the dispute ends at the screen rather than at the conference.
Can I define territories and groups myself?
Yes. Locations are grouped once — by territory, region, format or cohort — and the groups are reused in every dashboard, benchmark and scheduled report, so the territory view is a filter rather than a rebuild.
Will I still need to prepare reports for head office?
Scheduled reports deliver the territory’s numbers to you and to head office automatically, from the same data. What you add is the judgement — which stores you are visiting and why — not the spreadsheet.
Can I see support and training as well as sales?
Yes. Open tickets, response times, training completion and review activity sit next to leads, conversion and margin for every store in the region, because operations, CRM and reporting are modules of one platform rather than separate tools.
Can I run a campaign for just my territory?
Yes, inside the brand rails. A regional campaign can be pushed to the stores in your territory, each franchisee localises the offer and sign-off and sends to their own customers, and the results — sends, leads and revenue — report per store, so you can see who ran it and what it produced.
