Gorilla Dash

You run the store — you should see the whole picture

You're profitable — but you know there's more on the table. Gorilla Dash shows you exactly where your sales come from, what each one costs you, and how your store really compares.

What a franchisee is accountable for

A franchisee runs a whole business — leads, sales, staff, customers, reviews, local marketing and the books — inside a brand they do not control. Head office sets the website, the campaigns and the rules; the franchisee lives with the results at the counter and on the phone. Most of the tools the franchisee gets were chosen for head office’s view, not theirs.

What the owner actually needs is simple to say and hard to get: which enquiries turned into sales, what each sale cost in marketing, which channels bring customers worth having, and whether the store is doing better or worse than the ones like it. Without those numbers, the marketing fund feels like a tax and every review of the store feels like a judgement.

Gorilla Dash gives the franchisee the same platform head office runs, scoped to their store: their leads, their calls, their customers, their campaigns and their numbers against the network — with the whole team logged in, because seats are unlimited.

Sound familiar?

I should be earning more

The store is profitable, but you can't see which levers would actually move the number — more leads, faster follow-up, better reviews or a different channel.

Leads arrive and nobody knows

A web enquiry lands in an inbox while you are on a job; a call goes to voicemail; the customer rings the next store on the list. You paid for that lead through the fund.

Promo compliance is a headache

Every campaign means chasing assets, guessing at brand rules and hoping you got it right — so local marketing gets done rarely, or not at all.

Corporate favours other stores

Without shared numbers, you can't tell whether support and spend are actually fair — and neither can head office prove they are.

How Gorilla Dash helps

1

See your won sales data, live

Every sale, estimate and enquiry for your store in one dashboard — the same numbers corporate sees, so conversations start from shared facts rather than competing spreadsheets.

Financial Reporting
2

Every lead captured and yours

Web forms, tracked calls and chat land as leads against your store with the source recorded, your team is notified immediately, and territory routing means a lead in your area reaches you — not whoever noticed the email first.

Website enquiries
3

Track your cost per sale vs corporate spend

Know what each sale actually costs you and what marketing spend produced it — proof of what your dollars, and the fund’s, are doing for your store.

Call tracking and attribution
4

Find your most lucrative sources of business

Enquiry attribution shows which channels, campaigns and referrers bring the customers worth having, so you put your own effort where it pays.

Franchise CRM
5

Run promos without the compliance chase

Brand-approved email, SMS and social templates with the current assets already in them; you change the offer, the hours and the sign-off, and send to your own customers — on-brand by default.

Email marketing
6

Reviews handled, and asked for

Your Google and Facebook reviews in one place, review requests sent automatically after a sale or job, and your score against the network so you know where you stand.

Reputation management
7

Help when you need it

Raise a ticket with head office from where you work, search the knowledge base for the current procedure, complete training, and order approved stock from the network store — one login for all of it.

Your first quarter on Gorilla Dash

A typical rollout — every network starts with what it already has, so the order and the pace are set with you.

  1. Week 1

Your store, your login, your team

Your location page, tracked number and enquiry forms are live; your whole team has a login; every lead now lands in your CRM with its source.

  2. Month 1

    Follow-up on autopilot

Review requests go out after every sale, the first brand-approved local campaign is sent to your customers, and the nurture sequence follows up leads you have not had time to call.

  3. Quarter 1

    Your numbers, and the network’s

A quarter of sales, leads and marketing in one place — enough to see cost per sale by channel, where your best customers come from, and how you compare to the stores like yours.

Frequently asked questions

Does every person in my store get a login?

Yes. Gorilla Dash is priced per location with unlimited team members, so your reception, sales, technicians and managers are all in the system. That is what makes the record complete — a CRM that only the owner logs into never sees most of what happened.

Can head office see everything I do?

Head office sees your location’s numbers the same way you do — leads, sales, reviews, support — because that is how the network is benchmarked and supported. What each role can see and edit is set by permissions, and your customers stay yours to work day to day.

What happens to leads that come through the national website?

They are routed to the location that serves the customer’s area by territory rule, immediately, with a log both you and head office can see. No more waiting for a forwarded email, and no more disputes about who was sent what.

Can I run my own local marketing?

Yes — inside the brand rails. You send email and SMS to your own customers, reply to your own reviews, post to your own social pages and run local offers using templates head office controls. You change the local details; the design, legal wording and offer limits stay locked, so nothing you send can be off-brand.

Will I lose my customer list if I sell the store?

The customer list belongs to the brand and transfers with the location to the incoming owner, along with the history and open opportunities. That protects the value of the business you are selling — the buyer is buying a working store, not a blank CRM.

Do I have to pay for it separately?

That depends on your franchise agreement — some brands cover the platform centrally, some pass through the per-location fee. Either way it is one price per location with unlimited users, and it replaces the separate website, CRM, email, SMS, review and scheduling tools an independent store would otherwise pay for.

How do I get help from head office?

Through the support desk in the same login. Tickets go to the right team at head office, response and resolution times are measured against support hours, and the knowledge base answers the common questions before you need to ask.
