Gorilla Dash

Prove the ROI on every channel, on demand

You run websites, promos and brand marketing — and you're accountable for the return on all of it. Gorilla Dash ties every campaign to the sales it produced, across every location.

What a franchise marketing manager is accountable for

Franchise marketing has two layers and one budget. The national layer — brand campaigns, the website, the marketing fund, network-wide promotions — is yours to run. The local layer — a hundred owners emailing their own customers, replying to their own reviews, posting about their own store — is yours to govern without being able to do it for them. And at the end of the year, the franchisees who paid into the fund want to know what it produced.

The tools most marketing teams inherit were built for one business: one email account, one social scheduler, one analytics property. Stretched across a network they produce brand drift at the local layer, no view of what franchisees actually sent, and attribution that stops at the click because the sale happens in a POS marketing cannot see.

Gorilla Dash runs both layers from one engine on one customer database. You build once and push to every location; franchisees localise inside the rails you set and send to their own customers; and every campaign — national or local — is reported by the leads and revenue it produced at each location, because the CRM and the sales data live in the same platform.

Sound familiar?

Brand drift across locations

Local teams improvise assets and messaging, legal disclaimers get dropped, and the brand slowly fragments — not from bad intent, but because each store has its own tools.

ROI is a quarterly argument

Without channel-level attribution you're defending the budget with screenshots and hunches, and the franchisee conference turns the fund into a debate.

Inconsistent local execution

Campaigns land differently in every territory, half the network never sends them, and you find out after the fact — if at all.

Customer lists you cannot reach

Each location’s customers sit in that location’s tool under that owner’s account, so a network programme means asking a hundred people to export a spreadsheet.

How Gorilla Dash helps

1

Channel-level ROI reporting

Tracked numbers, form sources and campaign tags carried through the CRM to the sale, so every channel and campaign is reported by revenue and cost per acquisition — per location, on demand.

Call tracking and attribution
2

Email and SMS with a national and a local layer

Build the campaign once and push it to every location; franchisees change the offer, the hours and the sign-off inside locked templates and send to their own list. Both layers report into the same place.

Email marketing
3

Brand-approved social for every page

Brand content published network-wide and local pages posting their own — scheduled, approved where the brand needs approval, and visible to you without chasing a hundred logins.

Social media
4

Promotions and competitions that generate leads

Launch network-wide promotions with entry forms on every location page; entries land in the CRM as leads against the right store and results are reported per location.

Competitions and promotions
5

Automated journeys for every location

With the Marketing Automation add-on, lead nurturing, new-customer onboarding and lapsed-customer win-back are set up once and run for every contact at every store, with AI reading replies and handing hot leads to the franchisee.

Marketing automations
6

Reviews across the network

Every location’s Google and Facebook reviews monitored in one place, requests sent automatically after a sale, replies handled locally and the network score benchmarked store by store.

Reputation management
7

An AI-tagged media library

Every approved asset findable and current, so a franchisee building a local campaign starts from this season’s brand assets rather than last year’s download.

Your first quarter on Gorilla Dash

A typical rollout — every network starts with what it already has, so the order and the pace are set with you.

  1. Weeks 1–2

    One engine, every location

Templates, brand assets and legal wording loaded once; every location page carrying tracked numbers and enquiry forms; consent and suppression lists managed centrally.

  2. Month 1

The first campaign at both layers

A national campaign pushed to every location and localised by the franchisees who want to; review requests and the lead-nurture journey running for every store.

  3. Quarter 1

    The fund reported by revenue

A quarter of campaigns attributed to leads and sales per location — the report that replaces the annual argument about whether marketing works.

Frequently asked questions

Can franchisees still run their own local marketing?

Yes — that is the point. They send email and SMS to their own customers, reply to their own reviews, post to their own social pages and run local offers, all inside templates and rules you control. They can change the local details; they cannot change the design, the legal wording or the offer limits.

How does it attribute a sale to a campaign?

Every lead is captured with its source — campaign tag, landing page, tracked number, referral — and that source travels through the CRM to the sale and is joined to the POS data. Because the marketing, the CRM and the sales are in one platform, revenue by campaign per location is a standard report rather than a reconciliation project.

Does it replace our agency?

No. Your agency owns the strategy and the creative; the platform is where the campaigns are built, distributed to every location, sent and attributed. Agencies run campaigns onto Gorilla Dash and use its attribution to show the return on their work — and you keep the platform and the customer data whichever agency you use.

Can we run SMS as well as email?

Yes. SMS marketing runs per location with consent managed centrally, and transactional texts — booking reminders, order updates, review requests — come from the same platform that holds the customer, so SMS is a step in the same journeys as email rather than a separate subscription.

How do the automated journeys work across a franchise?

The Marketing Automation add-on lets you set up lead nurturing, new-customer onboarding and lapsed-customer win-back once, and they run for every contact at every location. AI reads the replies, files the routine ones and hands engaged leads to the franchisee with a suggested next step, so follow-up happens whether or not the store is in the system that week.

Where do the location websites fit?

They are the landing page every other channel points at: a locally-optimised page for each store on the brand domain, with local structured data, tracked numbers and enquiry forms, and local content the franchisee can edit inside your brand rails. Because the websites are a module of the same platform, a page visit can be followed through to a sale.
