Cannot save Membership Package changes

If saving a Memberships Package appears to do nothing and your changes revert, check the Frequency field. A value of 0 is invalid—select a valid option (e.g., Non-Recurring) and save again.

Symptoms

Clicking Save briefly shows a loading bar but no success message.
After closing and reopening the package, changes revert to the previous values.

Fix

Open the package in Memberships > Packages and click Edit.
Find the Frequency field.
If it is set to 0 (or blank), open the dropdown and select a valid option (for example, Non-Recurring).
Click Save again.

Why this happens

Using a value of 0 for Frequency prevents the page from saving. Choosing any valid dropdown option resolves the issue.
