Gorilla Dash has had some upgrades to their Knowledge Base Module.

1.  Default sharing settings

I've created a new settings page to set the default sharing for articles

2.  Article Index

You can now make articles public and show on support page directly from the index

There is also a bulk update (this has always been there)

3. Video embedding

I've added a new component for video embedding so users don't have to create an iframe etc

4. Article rendering

I've updated the css style for the article view to clean up fonts, spacing etc.

5. Fix: Weekly summary email vs PDF period mismatch (Aug 2026)

We resolved an issue where the weekly summary email showed numbers from two weeks prior, while the attached PDF correctly showed the prior week.

This occurred during a redesign of the weekly report.

This has been fixed; from the next scheduled report onward, both the email and the PDF reference the same, correct date period. No action is required.

6.  Bug fixes

  • Favorites/Pin: Fixed an issue where clicking the pin icon also opened the underlying section.
  • Clients section: Fixed an issue where pinning the Clients section could unexpectedly sign users out and return to the sign-in screen.
