London’s Leonardo Royal Hotel in St Paul’s welcomed the leaders of the UK franchising sector for the Elite Franchise Top 100 Awards 2026. The event brought together established and emerging brands, creating an atmosphere of celebration, pride, and ambition. Guests witnessed a showcase of achievement, innovation, and community impact, highlighting the very best of franchising across the nation.
Stagecoach Performing Arts claimed the evening’s highest honour as Top Placing Franchise for 2026. The brand impressed judges with its remarkable growth and robust support for franchisees. Anita Roberts, Franchise Director at HSBC UK and one of the awards’ esteemed judges, praised the sector’s contribution, noting that franchising drives growth in the UK economy and provides vital opportunities for business expansion.
Other award recipients included Black Sheep Coffee, named Emerging Franchisor of the Year for its rapid rise in a competitive market. easyStorage earned Innovation of the Year for its pioneering operational strategies. Caremark received the Community Builder of the Year Award, recognising its dedication to social impact, while McDonald’s was celebrated for Sustainability of the Year, demonstrating that large franchise networks can lead responsibly. Bluebird Care was honoured for Diversity and Inclusion, reflecting the growing importance of equitable practices in the sector.
Newcomers also made their mark. NIC Services was recognised as the Highest New Entry, and Banana Moon earned Rising Star for its early success and promising growth. Individual franchisee achievements were celebrated as well, with Tamsin Brewis from Water Babies receiving the Franchisee Outstanding Achievement award and Molly Maid UK retaining the People’s Choice Award. These accolades underline the balance of individual excellence and organisational strength that defines top franchises.
