Driver Hire has strengthened its reputation as one of the United Kingdom’s leading franchise brands after securing the seventh position in the latest HSBC Elite Franchise Top 100. The achievement marks the ninth consecutive year that the logistics recruitment specialist has placed within the Top 10, putting it in the company of well known franchise brands such as McDonald's and Dyno-Rod.
The annual ranking is widely regarded as one of the most respected benchmarks in the UK franchising sector. Brands are assessed against a range of criteria including network size, growth performance, future ambitions, and contributions to both the franchising industry and the wider community. Driver Hire’s continued presence among the highest ranked systems reflects the stability of its franchise model and the strength of its nationwide network.
The company’s recent achievements extend beyond the Top 100 ranking. Driver Hire has also been shortlisted for two awards from Elite Franchise Magazine. The Businesses for Sale Innovation of the Year Award recognises franchisors that demonstrate creative and effective approaches to franchise recruitment and brand marketing. Meanwhile, the Elite Franchise Sustainability of the Year Award highlights organisations that have taken meaningful steps toward environmental responsibility and sustainable business practices.
Commenting on the recognition, Graham Duckworth said the ranking reflects both the resilience of the business and the success of its franchise partners. He noted that the company is currently trading seven percent higher year on year, adding that the continued Top 10 placement demonstrates the strength of the Driver Hire business model and the support provided to franchisees across the network.
Winners of the additional awards will be announced at the EF100 Awards Ceremony scheduled to take place in London on March 12, 2026. As the company prepares for the event, Driver Hire’s continued recognition within the UK franchise sector highlights how a strong operational model and consistent franchise support can sustain long term success in a competitive industry.
