Bubbakoo's Burritos has opened a new restaurant in Wesley Chapel, Florida, at 33791 Wesley Chapel Blvd. near Summertree Plaza, marking the brand's second location in Pasco County and its 18th in the state. The locally owned and operated restaurant brings the chain's customizable burritos, bowls and quesadillas to another corner of the Tampa Bay area.
To celebrate the opening, Bubbakoo's gave the first 30 customers to make a qualifying purchase a free burrito every month for a full year, a grand opening tradition the brand has used at previous launches to reward early support. The new location also introduces guests to the chain's current fall menu additions, Fried Cauliflower and Apple Pie Egg Rolls, alongside signature items like the Papi Hibachi Steak and Shrimp Burrito and the Nashville Hot Crispy Chicken Burrito.
Chris Ives, CEO of Bubbakoo's Burritos, said the brand is thrilled to build on its existing 17 Florida locations and welcome the Wesley Chapel community, adding that every new restaurant gives Bubbakoo's a chance to introduce more guests to the bold flavors and customizable experience the brand is known for.
Founded in 2008 by Paul Altero and Bill Hart in Point Pleasant, New Jersey, Bubbakoo's has grown to more than 140 locations across 17 states. Guests at the new Wesley Chapel location can also join Bubbakoo's Rewards, the brand's loyalty program, to start earning points toward future meals.
Turning grand opening enthusiasm into long-term customer loyalty is one of the harder parts of a new restaurant launch, especially once the free-burrito buzz fades. Gorilla Dash offers a Memberships and Subscriptions feature designed to help franchise brands manage loyalty programs like Bubbakoo's Rewards, keeping new customers engaged well beyond opening week.
