Bubbakoo’s Burritos has opened its first Massachusetts location in Brockton, marking another step in the Mexican-fusion brand’s expansion across the Northeast. Located at 735 Belmont Street, the restaurant is owned and operated by local entrepreneurs Payal and Deep Patel, who have longstanding ties to the Brockton community. The opening gives Bubbakoo’s a new foothold in Massachusetts as the brand continues to expand beyond its Jersey Shore roots.
The new restaurant offers Bubbakoo’s customizable approach to Mexican-fusion dining, with burritos, bowls and quesadillas among the core menu options. The brand also features signature creations such as the Papi Hibachi Burrito, which combines hibachi-style steak and shrimp with cilantro-lime rice, black beans, pico de gallo, sour cream and cheese. Other menu options include the Crispy Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla and Nashville Hot Crispy Chicken Burrito.
The Brockton opening includes a promotion to generate early customer interest. The first 50 guests who make a qualifying purchase will receive a year’s supply of free burritos, with one free burrito available each month for a year. The offer gives the new franchise location an immediate customer-engagement opportunity while introducing the brand to diners who may be trying Bubbakoo’s for the first time.
The menu also reflects Bubbakoo’s emphasis on variety and customization. Alongside its signature burritos and other Mexican-fusion staples, the brand has expanded its lineup with items such as Fried Cauliflower and Apple Pie Egg Rolls. Its loyalty program also lets customers earn BubbaKoin, adding another layer to the brand’s efforts to encourage repeat visits.
As franchise brands enter new markets, establishing relationships with customers beyond their first visit can become an important part of building a new location. Gorilla Dash offers a Memberships and Subscriptions feature designed to support recurring customer engagement and help franchise brands manage ongoing customer programs. Bubbakoo’s Massachusetts debut combines local franchise ownership, a customizable menu and a loyalty program as the brand introduces its concept to a new market.
