Bubbakoo’s Burritos is opening a new restaurant in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, bringing its customizable Mexican-fusion menu to Bethlehem Square at 3926 Nazareth Pike. Local franchisees Deepak and Sarah Patil own and operate the location, introducing the brand to customers throughout the Lehigh Valley. The September 29 grand opening will feature a promotion in which the first 50 qualifying guests receive a year of free burritos.
The Patils were drawn to Bubbakoo’s emphasis on customization, which allows customers to build meals around their preferred ingredients and flavors. They also want the restaurant to become a gathering place for families, students and residents. Their focus extends beyond the opening itself, with plans to establish relationships with nearby schools, organizations and businesses as the restaurant becomes part of the Bethlehem community.
The new location is also launching with Bubbakoo’s fall menu, which features seasonal additions including Fried Cauliflower and Apple Pie Egg Rolls. These offerings give customers new options alongside the brand’s burritos, bowls, tacos and other customizable meals. For a new franchise location, combining a grand-opening promotion with seasonal menu items can create multiple opportunities to introduce customers to the brand.
Promotional activity is particularly relevant during a new restaurant launch, when franchisees are working to build awareness and encourage repeat visits. Gorilla Dash offers a Competitions and Promotions feature that can help franchise organizations organize giveaways, customer offers and promotional campaigns across their locations without implying a connection between Bubbakoo’s and the platform.
The Bethlehem opening adds another Pennsylvania location to Bubbakoo’s growing franchise network. Founded in 2008, the brand has expanded its presence across the United States while continuing to emphasize customization and Mexican-inspired flavors. For the Patils, the new restaurant represents an opportunity to establish a local presence while building a customer base through food, community involvement and ongoing engagement.
