Venture X is expanding its Virginia footprint with a new coworking location planned for Aquia Town Center in Stafford County. Franchise owners Richie and Charissa Parsons have signed a lease for a 20,000-square-foot space occupying the fifth floor of a Class A office building at 475 Aquia Towne Center Drive. The project represents a $3 million investment and is scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2027.
The Stafford location will be the sixth Venture X site operated by the Parsons, whose portfolio includes locations in Ashburn, Brambleton and Fairfax, Virginia, as well as Frederick, Maryland, and Nashville, Tennessee. The expansion extends their presence along the Interstate 95 corridor and gives businesses in Stafford another option for professional workspace without committing to a conventional long-term office lease.
Plans call for more than 90 private offices, four meeting rooms and a large training room. Members will also have access to a community café area intended to encourage networking and collaboration. Private offices, shared workspace and virtual office plans will serve different business needs, while meeting and training rooms will be available for hourly or daily use by members and non-members. The location’s proximity to Interstate 95, restaurants and other amenities is intended to make it convenient for local businesses and visiting professionals.
The project also reflects the continuing appeal of flexible workspace for entrepreneurs, remote professionals and companies that need room to adapt as their teams change. Stafford County officials have welcomed the investment as an addition to the area’s commercial infrastructure, noting the opportunities it could create for small businesses and growing companies. For the Parsons, the next challenge is to deliver a space that reflects local demand while maintaining the service standards associated with the Venture X brand.
As the location prepares to open, managing member plans and recurring services will be an important part of operating a coworking business. Gorilla Dash offers a Memberships and Subscriptions feature that can help businesses organize membership-related processes as their operations grow. For Venture X Stafford, the immediate focus remains completing the new space and preparing to welcome its first members in 2027.
