Zarraffa’s Coffee is marking a significant milestone as it celebrates 30 years in business, reflecting on its journey while setting a clear course for future growth. The Australian coffee chain, which began franchising 25 years ago, has steadily built a strong presence across multiple states and continues to expand its footprint.
With more than 85 locations operating across Queensland, New South Wales, Western Australia, South Australia, and Victoria, the brand has established itself as a consistent player in the country’s competitive coffee market. Its growth has been supported by a franchise model that emphasizes operational consistency and long-term partner success.
Looking ahead, Zarraffa’s Coffee has outlined an ambitious plan to reach 200 locations by 2032, aligning its expansion with the timeline of the Brisbane Olympic Games. The target reflects both confidence in consumer demand and the scalability of its franchise system.
Co-founder Kenton Campbell expressed pride in the company’s progress, noting that while the past three decades have been significant, the focus remains firmly on the future. The brand continues to prioritize quality, convenience, and customer service as it expands into new markets.
As it enters its fourth decade, Zarraffa’s Coffee is balancing growth with its established identity. By investing in innovation and maintaining strong franchise support, the company is positioning itself to sustain momentum while delivering a consistent customer experience across its network.
