Zarraffa's Coffee is expanding its presence in Brisbane with the opening of a new dual‑lane drive‑thru at Capalaba Park this December. This location marks the eleventh store launched by the Australian-owned brand in 2025, capping a year of significant growth. Designed to offer convenience for commuters and coffee enthusiasts alike, the drive‑thru blends Zarraffa’s signature coffee with a format built to meet the demands of modern customers.
The store is led by veteran franchisee Justin Fu, who opened his first Zarraffa’s outlet in Toowong in 2005. He expanded to Cannon Hill in 2018 and now brings his experience to Capalaba Park as a multi‑site operator. Fu’s journey exemplifies dedication and an enduring commitment to the brand, earning praise from Zarraffa’s CEO Marnie Sheldon, who described him as a model franchisee whose work reflects the company’s values of quality, community engagement, and service excellence.
For Fu, this expansion is more than a business milestone. He envisions the store as a space where locals can enjoy their daily coffee while connecting with the community. Employing around forty team members, the new location also plans to participate in local initiatives, supporting schools and sporting groups, reinforcing Zarraffa’s commitment to being an integral part of the neighborhood.
Zarraffa’s continues its national expansion, operating more than eighty-five locations across Australia and aiming for two hundred stores ahead of the 2032 Brisbane Olympics. The Capalaba Park drive‑thru highlights the brand’s dedication to quality, customer experience, and community involvement, serving as both a convenient stop for coffee lovers and a hub that strengthens local ties.
