Proforma Chief Revenue Officer Brian Roney has been named to the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 class for 2026, recognizing his leadership and community involvement in the Tampa Bay area. The annual program honors professionals under 40 whose work contributes to organizational growth, economic development, and the broader community.
At Proforma, Roney leads financial initiatives supporting the company’s mission to empower Distributor Owners. His work has also helped advance the company’s focus on technology, including ProStores®, its eCommerce platform, which surpassed 2 million transactions earlier this year. The milestone reflects Proforma’s broader investment in digital tools designed to support online ordering, inventory management, fulfillment, and scalable business operations.
Roney’s influence extends beyond technology and revenue initiatives. He helped establish Proform-A-Service Day, an annual program that gives Proforma Support Center Team Members a paid workday to volunteer with charitable organizations and community causes. The initiative was created to honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and has become part of Proforma’s broader community engagement efforts.
His involvement in Tampa Bay also includes memberships in local civic organizations and volunteer work with youth sports. Roney has been part of the Davis Islands Civic Association for more than a decade and joined the Davis Islands Village Association in 2024. He also serves as an assistant coach for his son’s Bayshore Little League T-ball team.
