Rock N’ Roll Sushi has opened its latest location in Oxford, Alabama, marking another milestone in the franchise’s regional growth. The new restaurant at 254 Oxford Exchange Boulevard brings the brand’s signature American-style sushi and rock-themed atmosphere to East Alabama, joining other locations in the state.
Franchise partners Kris Roberts and Neal Gibbs led the Oxford launch, introducing the community to creative sushi rolls, hibachi-style entrees, and a high-energy dining experience. Roberts noted that opening in Oxford felt like adding “another track to a hometown album,” reflecting the brand’s emphasis on personality and local engagement.
The grand opening included community interactions and highlighted the restaurant’s commitment to exceptional service. The location operates Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday through Saturday until 10 p.m., with a full bar planned for the near future to complement the menu of fan favorites.
Since its founding in Mobile, Rock N’ Roll Sushi has grown to more than 75 locations across the Southeastern United States. The Oxford opening illustrates the franchise’s strategy of expanding into key regional markets while maintaining its distinctive dining concept.
By combining inventive cuisine with a music-inspired environment, Rock N’ Roll Sushi continues to attract diners seeking a unique casual dining experience. The Oxford restaurant reinforces the brand’s commitment to growth, community engagement, and creating memorable dining moments.
