From August through October, four new Rock N' Roll Sushi restaurants open in Arizona, Alabama, Arkansas, and Tennessee, signaling accelerated regional expansion.

  • Rock N’ Roll Sushi opens new locations in Tucson, Clift Farms, Hot Springs, and Cookeville.
  • CEO Craig LeMieux highlights successful franchise model and expansion strategy.
  • Additional development agreements signed for future locations in Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, and Nevada.

Rock N' Roll Sushi is accelerating its growth this fall with four new franchise locations across the Southeast and Southwest, bringing its distinctive blend of sushi and rock culture to new markets. The brand has partnered with local operators who bring strong community ties to each new restaurant, underscoring the company’s strategy of pairing franchise expansion with local expertise.

Tucson, Arizona, marked the first opening in this wave on August 18. Just two weeks later, Clift Farms, Alabama, welcomed its own Rock N' Roll Sushi on September 1. The expansion will continue with a mid-September debut in Hot Springs, Arkansas, followed by a Cookeville, Tennessee, opening expected by late September or early October.

Craig LeMieux, chief executive of Rock N' Roll Sushi, said the rapid pace of development demonstrates both the strength of the brand and the quality of its new franchise partners. “Adding four separate operators in four distinct markets within weeks of each other speaks volumes about the demand for our concept,” he said. “Our Sushi Amplified Experience continues to attract partners who understand both the business model and the energy behind it.”

The fall openings follow a strategic development agreement in Dallas, which is expected to bring additional locations to that market, along with a previously announced deal in the Nashville area. These agreements reflect the company’s growing ability to expand across diverse regions while maintaining consistency in brand identity and guest experience.

Rock N' Roll Sushi is also preparing for additional growth. Area development agreements are already in progress in Oxford, Mississippi; Oxford, Alabama; Altamonte Springs, Florida; and Las Vegas, Nevada. Each of these markets represents an opportunity for the company to test its appeal among new demographics while maintaining its reputation as the leading sushi restaurant franchise in the United States.

The brand distinguishes itself by combining bold flavors with a rock-themed atmosphere that emphasizes fun and energy as much as food. This positioning has resonated with diners and operators alike, creating a strong pipeline of potential franchisees who see opportunity in the concept’s mix of culture and cuisine.

As Rock N' Roll Sushi moves through the fall season, the openings in Tucson, Clift Farms, Hot Springs, and Cookeville stand as milestones in a broader growth story. For the company, each ribbon-cutting is not only about serving sushi but about building a community around a shared love of music, food, and an energetic dining experience.
