In a sector often defined by operational challenges and shifting demand, Caremark has achieved a notable milestone in franchise performance. The UK based home care franchisor has become the first franchise network of 2026 to receive the 5 Star Franchisee Satisfaction Award from WorkBuzz, an independent benchmarking survey that measures franchise owner sentiment across multiple performance indicators. The recognition follows a year of rising satisfaction within the network, culminating in an overall franchisee satisfaction score of 76 percent.
The WorkBuzz survey evaluates franchise systems across five key categories, including leadership, general satisfaction, culture and relationships, franchise system strength, and training and support. Caremark exceeded the industry benchmark in all five areas. Leadership scored 10 percent above the benchmark, while general satisfaction surpassed the average by 9 percent. Culture and relationships, a measure of trust and collaboration within the network, ranked 8 percent higher than industry norms.
Additional results highlighted the competitiveness of Caremark’s franchise system and the strength of its training framework. The brand achieved a 3 percent advantage over the industry average in system competitiveness and innovation, while training and support exceeded the benchmark by 2 percent. These results reflect a franchise model designed to help owners build sustainable care businesses while maintaining consistent service standards.
David Glover, Chief Executive Officer of Caremark, said the recognition reflects the company’s long term commitment to supporting its franchise owners. “We are delighted to receive the 5 Star Franchisee Satisfaction Award,” he said. “We work closely with every franchise owner in our network to ensure they feel supported at every stage of their business journey.”
Caremark currently operates more than 140 franchise locations across the United Kingdom, collectively providing care services to over 8,000 customers. As the network continues to expand, company leadership says maintaining strong relationships with franchise owners and providing robust operational support will remain central to its growth strategy.
