Capriotti’s Goes Big: Bigger Portions, Bigger Flavor, and Bigger Value

Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop is raising the bar with its newly launched “Bigger, Better” campaign, which debuted nationwide on July 15, 2025. The initiative introduces enhanced portion sizes, including cheesesteaks with 25% more meat, and new size options for all subs: Mini, Small, Medium, and Large. These changes aim to deliver greater value and consistency while preserving the quality the brand has built over nearly five decades.

Alongside the larger sandwiches, Capriotti’s is introducing new value bundles that combine customer favorites—such as subs with sides like soup, chips, or cookies—for an affordable price point. This menu evolution not only aligns with growing consumer demand for portion flexibility and convenience but also showcases Capriotti’s commitment to “extraordinary sandwiches,” a mantra the company continues to uphold.

To celebrate the launch, Capriotti’s is teaming up with PepsiCo to offer exclusive benefits to Rewards members. From July 15 to 31, loyalty members can receive a complimentary drink and chips with the purchase of any sub. New sign-ups are also eligible for a free 8-inch sub on their next visit, enhancing customer engagement during the promotional period.

The campaign goes beyond food, introducing a refreshed visual identity that includes updated menu boards, a redesigned mobile app, and store-level enhancements. These changes reflect Capriotti’s preparation for its milestone 50th anniversary in 2026 and reinforce the brand’s position in the competitive fast-casual segment.
