BurgerFi is giving customers one less decision to make on Election Day. On November 3, 2026, the burger chain will bring back its Conflicted Burger for $5 at participating locations, combining an Angus beef patty with a quinoa and veggie patty in one sandwich. The promotion gives a familiar menu item a timely return, using the day’s focus on choices as the foundation for a restaurant offer.
The Conflicted Burger layers the two patties with American cheese, lettuce, tomato and BurgerFi’s signature Fi sauce. The beef is described by the brand as hormone-free and antibiotic-free, while the quinoa and veggie patty offers a plant-based component. Customers can order the $5 burger in-store, at drive-thrus and through restaurant kiosks. The deal is not available through third-party delivery or online ordering, and premium toppings cost extra.
Paola Remus, BurgerFi’s Vice President of Operations, said the offer is intended to make one Election Day decision easier. By bringing back the burger at a set price, the brand is pairing a recognizable product with a date already associated with public choice and debate. The promotion is available all day at participating locations, subject to store hours and supplies.
The return also extends beyond the promotion. BurgerFi plans to add the Conflicted Burger permanently to its menu, alongside its Angus beef burgers, hand-breaded chicken tenders, fresh-cut fries, beer-battered onion rings and hand-spun custard shakes. That longer-term decision gives the product a role beyond a single-day discount and allows customers to order it after the Election Day offer ends.
