VIO Med Spa has added 15 new franchise owners during the first half of 2026, extending a growth streak that has made the medical aesthetics brand one of the more closely watched franchise operators in the wellness sector. The company has also earned national recognition through its inclusion on the Inc. 5000 list, a milestone that reflects both expansion and business performance.
The growth comes as demand for minimally invasive cosmetic procedures continues to rise across the United States. Industry analysts estimate that the domestic medical spa market now generates more than $17 billion annually, creating strong competition among brands seeking to attract both consumers and experienced franchise operators.
Chief Executive Officer Ryan Rose has emphasized that VIO’s strategy is centered on disciplined expansion rather than simply adding locations. The company has invested in digital infrastructure, clinical oversight, and operational systems designed to improve efficiency while maintaining a consistent guest experience. Executives say those investments have allowed newer clinics to open with smaller footprints while supporting higher service capacity.
A key element of that strategy is ClubVIO, the brand’s membership program, which provides recurring revenue and encourages repeat visits. The model has become increasingly attractive to franchise candidates from healthcare, hospitality, and business backgrounds who are seeking predictable customer engagement rather than relying solely on one-time transactions.
New franchise agreements have been announced in markets including Atlanta and Chicago, with additional territories under development. VIO says its objective is not only geographic expansion but also stronger market density in regions where consumer demand for aesthetic services continues to increase.
For franchise brands built around recurring customer relationships, retention systems are becoming as important as site selection. Through Gorilla Dash, operators can support loyalty-focused business models using Memberships and Subscriptions, helping multi-location businesses manage recurring revenue, customer engagement, and membership administration as they scale.
