The Joint Corp.has officially opened its first Delaware clinic in the city of Dover, marking a milestone for the fast-growing chiropractic franchise. The new location is operated by husband-and-wife team Troy and Dr. Cherese Bratcher, who previously established a successful clinic in Knightdale, North Carolina. The opening extends The Joint’s presence to 43 states and reinforces its strategy of bringing convenient, affordable chiropractic care to local communities.
Sanjiv Razdan, President and CEO of The Joint Corp. described the launch as a major step forward in the company’s northeast expansion. He commended the Bratchers for their dedication and entrepreneurial spirit, noting that their experience and community-driven approach reflect the brand’s mission to make routine chiropractic care more accessible to all.
Before joining The Joint network, Troy Bratcher spent more than two decades managing cosmetology and barbering businesses. His decision to retire from that industry and invest in health care represents a dramatic shift from grooming to wellness. Dr. Cherese Bratcher, a Doctor of Chiropractic and registered nurse, brings extensive medical expertise and a holistic perspective to the practice. She emphasizes that the body has an innate ability to heal itself when given proper care and alignment.
As they embark on this new chapter, the Bratchers are determined to transform how chiropractic care is perceived in their community. Dr. Cherese noted that cost often deters people from seeking regular chiropractic services, which she hopes to change. “We are on a mission to provide cost-effective solutions and to educate the community about the long-term benefits of ongoing care and wellness practices,” she said.
The Dover clinic’s debut reflects more than a geographic expansion; it signals a growing public embrace of preventive and noninvasive health care. With the Bratchers at the helm, The Joint aims to set a new standard for accessible wellness in Delaware, one patient at a time.
