The Human Bean has introduced a new lineup of fall drinks, available now at its more than 216 drive-thru locations open or in development across 23 states. The lineup includes the Churro, a White Chocolate Mexi Mocha built around creamy white chocolate and warm cinnamon and available hot, iced or blended, and the Banana Cream Chai, which adds salted caramel and banana Cold Foam to the brand's signature chai for a dessert-inspired finish. A third option, the Harvest Moon Bright, blends Lime Bright Energy with pomegranate and orange for a citrus-forward, caffeine-free energy drink.
Janie Page, Chief Marketing Officer at The Human Bean, said the lineup was built around the idea that people experience the changing seasons differently, offering options for guests who want something warm, something refreshing or something entirely new. She added that the goal is for what's in the cup to match however fall feels to each guest.
The new drinks follow the brand's pumpkin lineup, which returned on August 5 with three seasonal options: Pumpkin Snowy, made with espresso, white chocolate and pumpkin and topped with whipped cream and cinnamon; Pumpkin Java Chip, a blended drink finished with pumpkin drizzle and whipped cream; and Pumpkin Granita, a blended espresso and pumpkin drink swirled with pumpkin sauce. Claire Mealy, Senior Manager of Operation Services and Innovation at The Human Bean, said bringing pumpkin back in August ensures the brand has guests covered whether the weather runs hot or cold. The pumpkin rollout also included a National Dog Day promotion on August 26, giving four-legged drive-thru visitors a limited-edition surprise while supplies lasted.
Beyond the new menu, The Human Bean is preparing for one of its most established annual traditions, Coffee for a Cure, set for October 16. On that day, 100 percent of food and drink sales at every location nationwide will go toward breast cancer treatment and education, with all drinks served in special cups featuring artwork symbolizing strength, transformation and hope. Coordinating a single-day, all-sales-donated campaign across more than 200 locations in 23 states takes careful scheduling and communication. Gorilla Dash offers an Event Calendar feature designed to help multi-location franchise brands plan and track dated campaigns like Coffee for a Cure, keeping every location aligned on timing and messaging as the event approaches.
