Senior Care Authority has announced two additions to its leadership team, naming Tim Schroder as Vice President of Marketing and Mary Molnar as Vice President of Franchise Support. The appointments reflect the company’s effort to strengthen its national presence while providing franchisees with more comprehensive tools for growth and day-to-day operations.
Mr. Schroder brings more than two decades of experience in franchise marketing, having served in senior roles with Golden Corral, Save A Lot, and Retro Fitness. At Senior Care Authority, he will focus on refining the company’s digital strategy, optimizing its national website, and developing local microsites that help franchise owners reach families more effectively. He said that decisions about senior care are among the most emotional choices families face, and marketing must communicate with both clarity and compassion.
Ms. Molnar, who became a Senior Care Authority franchisee in 2018, has firsthand knowledge of the challenges and opportunities faced by owners. In her new position, she will work to improve the onboarding process, streamline operations, and encourage stronger communication across the network. She said her goal is to help franchisees build confidence by equipping them with the tools and support needed to succeed.
Frank Samson, the founder of Senior Care Authority, described the appointments as a timely investment in the brand’s future. He said that the company is committed to adding leaders with the skills and experience to accelerate growth, attract strong franchisees, and deliver long-term value.
For Mr. Schroder, the focus will be on providing franchisees with a complete marketing toolkit, from SEO and paid search strategies to community-level outreach. His approach emphasizes both technical performance and personal connection, ensuring that families looking for guidance can trust the company’s message and expertise.
Ms. Molnar’s efforts will concentrate on the operational side, drawing on her own experience as an owner. She aims to create a more efficient system of onboarding, ongoing training, and daily support so that franchisees can balance business demands with client care.
The expansion of the leadership team comes at a time of growing demand in the senior care industry. Senior Care Authority, which began franchising in 2014, now operates more than 100 locations in over 30 states. The company believes that pairing stronger marketing initiatives with enhanced franchisee support will position the brand for sustainable growth and continued trust among families who turn to its services.
