PrideStaff has been named to the 2026 Franchise Times Top 400 for the eighth consecutive year, ranking No. 217 on the annual list of the largest U.S.-based franchise systems by global systemwide sales. The 2026 ranking draws on 2025 performance. The staffing franchise first appeared on the list in 2019 at No. 237, and its placement has shifted since, with a No. 187 finish in 2023, No. 210 last year and No. 217 this year.
Paula Pizarro, CFE, Senior Vice President of Franchise Development for PrideStaff, said eight straight years on the list reflect the strength and consistency of the franchise system. She added that franchisees combine their knowledge of local markets with PrideStaff's systems, resources and support, and that their dedication to building strong businesses and delivering exceptional service continues to drive the organization forward.
PrideStaff was founded in the 1970s as a network of 100 percent company-owned units and began franchising in 1995. Headquartered in Central California, it now operates offices across North America and describes its model as pairing the resources of a national firm with the personal service of smaller, entrepreneurial offices. Franchise owners receive training, technology, operational resources and ongoing support to build staffing businesses in their local markets.
The ranking adds to a run of 2026 recognition for the brand, including ClearlyRated's Best of Staffing 15-Year Client & Talent Diamond Awards, a place among Staffing Industry Analysts' Largest Staffing Firms in North America and a spot on Forbes' list of the Best Professional & Temporary Recruiting Firms. The company says it is the only nationwide commercial staffing firm in the United States and Canada with more than 100 million dollars in annual revenue to win ClearlyRated's 15-Year Diamond Awards three years in a row.
For a staffing firm, standing with both clients and job seekers is central to the business, which makes third-party ratings and rankings worth tracking and presenting consistently across every office. Gorilla Dash offers a Reputation Management feature designed to help franchise brands monitor and showcase awards, reviews and satisfaction ratings in one place, supporting the kind of reputation that PrideStaff's recent recognition reflects.
