Shockingly, 99% of pet food packaging is discarded rather than recycled, highlighting the urgent need for sustainable solutions.

Through an innovative in-store recycling program, neighbors can now drop off empty flexible plastic pet food, treat, and litter bags from any brand and any species of pet at Pet Supplies Plus and Wag N' Wash locations. Once collected, the waste is carefully processed by TerraCycle, undergoing cleaning, separation by material type, and recycling into raw formats for the manufacturing of new products.
