Taiwanese noodle bar Kung Fu Mama is set to open a new location in Canary Wharf on March 20, bringing its signature sun-dried noodles and street food-inspired menu to Jubilee Place. To celebrate the launch, all noodle dishes will be available at 50 percent off from March 20 to 27 using a special promo code, giving diners a chance to explore the brand’s unique offerings.
The menu centers on hand-folded noodles, designed to maintain a firm and springy texture. Signature bowls include Peanut & Sesame Chicken, Chicken with Ginger & Sesame, 12-hour Beef with Szechuan Pepper, Portobello Mushroom with Romano Pepper, and the classic Traditional Beef Noodle Soup. Bao sandwiches offer indulgent fillings like Oven-Baked Chicken, Ginger and Sesame Chicken, and Soft-Shell Crab, meant to be enjoyed like gourmet burgers.
Sides and desserts complete the dining experience, featuring mixed greens, cucumber salad, wood-ear mushroom salad, Mango Shaved Ice Cream, and the beloved Pineapple Pie. Each dish blends traditional Taiwanese flavors with a focus on freshness and quality, appealing to both casual diners and food enthusiasts seeking authentic tastes.
The Canary Wharf location reflects the playful yet sophisticated design of Kung Fu Mama’s Covent Garden flagship. Custom fonts by Scott Wittman and murals inspired by founder Chris Hsu’s culinary heritage create an engaging atmosphere that complements the vibrant menu. This expansion showcases the growing popularity of Taiwanese street food and the brand’s ability to merge authentic flavors with a modern dining experience.
