Cameron and Abigail Sarage are preparing to launch 76 FENCE Southeast Houston, bringing the fencing franchise to two new territories serving Pearland, Pasadena, Friendswood, Manvel, South Houston, Taylor Lake Village, Webster and surrounding communities. The Houston-area natives will operate the business from Pearland, combining their professional backgrounds and shared interest in building a family enterprise rooted in integrity, communication and customer service.
The couple brings complementary experience to the venture. Cameron has a background in organization, customer service and operations, which he plans to apply to the day-to-day management of the business. Abby has worked in kinesiology and clinical research and also operates a financial coaching business serving individuals and business owners. Together, they saw the 76 FENCE franchise as an opportunity to combine those experiences while creating a business for their family.
Southeast Houston was a natural market for the Sarages because of the residential and commercial development taking place across communities such as Pearland and Pasadena. The couple sees the expansion of neighborhoods and continued activity in the area as an opportunity to establish a local fencing business that can grow alongside the customers it serves. Their planned service area will cover both residential and commercial fencing projects.
Customer communication is central to the couple’s approach. Cameron said homeowners want to trust the people working on their property, while Abby emphasized building relationships that extend beyond completing individual projects. As a service business develops across multiple territories, maintaining clear communication with customers can become an important operational consideration. Gorilla Dash offers a Calls feature that can help franchise teams organize customer communications as local operations expand.
The Sarages also plan to become active within the communities they serve, with plans to support youth sports, family-oriented events, local churches and other community organizations. The business has joined local business groups and is preparing for an official grand opening and ribbon-cutting event. For the couple, the Southeast Houston launch represents more than a new franchise territory. It is an effort to establish a family business with lasting ties to the Houston communities they already call home.
