Making waves in the franchising world, Thame wasted no time in appointing Amber Manning as the deputy chair and unveiling the appointment of Jayson Westbury as the new CEO.

Stepping into his new role, Westbury brings a wealth of experience, with over 30 years of leadership under his belt. Previously steering the ship at Dovic Consulting and serving as CEO of Retail Drinks Australia, Westbury is no stranger to the intricacies of the industry. His mission? To champion the franchising ecosystem and steer the policy agenda towards a brighter future.
