Bill and Georgia Revilla have secured the regional development rights to bring Dill Dinkers to California’s Central Valley, committing to launch at least ten indoor pickleball facilities. This agreement marks Dill Dinkers’ first expansion into the Golden State, targeting communities that currently have limited access to indoor recreation venues. The Revillas plan to build courts from Madera through Visalia, delivering both fitness and social connection under one roof.
Georgia Revilla is a licensed dentist with experience in patient care, while Bill Revilla has served in hospital administration and international finance. Together, they also operate a real estate rental enterprise spanning multi-unit housing and vacation properties. The combination of operational depth and business acumen positions them to manage both growth and quality in a franchise setting.
Bill explained the motivation behind the venture, saying, “Pickleball touches on so many fundamental needs, and I have seen it bring people out of their shell and build meaningful connections.” He noted that Dill Dinkers’ project management systems and franchise training support made the decision to expand more compelling. Their agreement reflects confidence in the brand’s infrastructure and appeal.
