In Chattanooga, Tennessee, Kirk and Coleen Jeter have entered into a 15-unit development agreement with the fast-growing beverage brand Lola Beans, setting the stage for a major expansion into Texas. The husband-and-wife team, already established franchise operators with Crumbl and Wingstop, plan to bring Lola Beans to Collin, Denton, Tarrant, and Dallas counties.
Founded in 2020 by Donny and Missy Bradley, Lola Beans has gained attention for reimagining the drive-thru beverage model. Its menu combines handcrafted coffee, infused sodas branded as “Lola Colas,” and plant-based energy drinks created through a partnership with Lotus. The company’s concept is designed to offer not just drinks, but a lively and welcoming experience built around what it calls a culture of “good energy.”
The Jeters bring a proven record of operating multi-unit franchises to the new venture, which positions them well to establish the brand in one of the country’s most competitive markets. Customers at existing Lola Beans locations often return multiple times a day, drawn by the brand’s distinctive menu and upbeat atmosphere.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Kirk and Coleen as our partners in Texas,” said Donny Bradley, co-founder of Lola Beans. “They embody the spirit of the franchisees we believe can elevate Lola Beans into a household name across the Lone Star State.”
The first Dallas–Fort Worth location is expected to open in the first quarter of 2026, signaling the start of what could be a significant regional rollout. For Lola Beans, the agreement illustrates how emerging beverage brands are using multi-unit development deals with experienced operators to accelerate growth in high-demand markets.
