Church's Texas Chicken is expanding its business beyond restaurant dining with the launch of Church's Catering, a nationwide program designed to serve gatherings of nearly every size. The initiative allows customers to order the brand's signature hand-battered chicken, Honey Butter Biscuits, Southern Sweet Tea, and classic sides for occasions ranging from family reunions and birthday celebrations to office lunches and corporate events.
The new catering menu offers flexible meal packages that accommodate both small groups and large gatherings. Customers can choose from options such as the Big Box Meal for smaller events or larger catering bundles that serve up to 50 guests. Orders may also be scheduled as far as 90 days in advance, giving organizers added flexibility when planning future events.
"Our new catering program brings the signature taste of Church's Texas Chicken to more occasions and groups of all sizes with the convenience, quality, and value our guests expect," Chief Executive Officer Roland Gonzalez said. The announcement reflects the company's continued investment in off-premise dining, an area that has become an increasingly important revenue stream for restaurant brands seeking to diversify beyond traditional in-store traffic.
As franchise systems expand into catering, maintaining consistent customer relationships becomes increasingly important alongside food quality. Gorilla Dash supports this operational need through its CRM Integrations, enabling franchise operators to organize customer information, manage repeat business opportunities, and deliver a more seamless experience across multiple locations. For brands growing beyond the restaurant counter, connected customer management can become as valuable as the menu itself.
