CENTURY 21 Real Estate LLC has expanded its presence in the Orlando metropolitan area through a new affiliation with Hancock Realty Group in Clermont. Now operating as CENTURY 21 Hancock, the brokerage is marking its tenth year of serving Lake County with both residential and commercial real estate services. Founder and broker-owner Matthew L. Mobley brings more than two decades of industry experience and 24 years of local residency. His earlier career as a teacher and coach in the Lake County school system helped him build lasting relationships with families in the community.
The affiliation gives Mobley and his team access to CENTURY 21’s technology, lead-generation programs and comprehensive training resources. Mobley said the decision was guided by a desire to protect the long-term interests of his agents and clients. He described his first meetings with the CENTURY 21 leadership team as decisive because they demonstrated a shared commitment to service, trust and agent support. Those values, he added, have always been the foundation of his brokerage.
Mobley also pointed to the power of national brand recognition in a competitive real estate market.
