About this time in January is when resolutions fall apart. Goals to eat better, spend less, and exercise more get shoved next to discarded candy wrappers and unused (expensive) running shoes.
Luckily, there’s still plenty of time to build momentum toward higher sales. Gorilla Dash is here to help!
Lock in your 2026 goals in Sales Reports for easy tracking. This turns a vague “we should grow” into a number you can drive towards. The total increase is divided across the year and tracked alongside real-time sales.
Sales Reports syncs with your Weekly Report sent every Monday, allowing you to see your steady progress each week.
Gorilla Dash also helps you calculate your sales goals against your conversion rate, so you have an idea of how many estimates you need to send out. Each week, determine whether you need more estimates, more leads, or both.
If you haven’t changed it, your sales target is automatically set to your total sales last year plus 5%.
Keep it as is, nudge it up, or pull it back. Your call. The important thing is to keep steady progress going in the right direction.
Most people set lofty resolutions but never revisit those intentions again.
But not you. Your business is powered by Gorilla Dash in a way that makes it easier to follow through and achieve success year after year.
Quick Gorilla Dash Guide
Set your 2026 Sales Target

Open Sales Report. To change the target, click the
diagonal arrow at the top of the page.
You can set your 2026 sales target in two different ways:
1. Decide on a Percentage Increase
Your default sales goal starts at 5% over last year’s sales. To adjust that percentage up or down, change the number under “Automatically calculate increase from last year.”
2. Write in the Sales Target
Along the bottom of the chart are a few numbers you can adjust manually:
-
Sales Target
-
Target Conversion Rate
-
Estimates Required
If you want to declare a round number, change the Sales Target to an exact figure. Your Estimates Required will adjust according to the Target Conversion Rate.
Conversely, you can play with the Target Conversion Rate if you’re confident that your sales team is more efficient than it was last year. Slight increases in how well you convert sales make a big difference over the course of a year.
Click Save to set the new goal. The new Sales Target will be reflected across your Sales Dashboard as well as your emailed weekly report.
Make Steady Progress Toward a Clear Target
Our goal at Gorilla Dash is to give you all the tools you need to succeed. The only missing element is your 2026 goal.
Each week, you’ll have the data to adjust with more estimates, more leads, or a tighter conversion rate.
Think big and stay steady. We look forward to celebrating your success with you 11 months from now.
Here’s to your goals!
