Riser Fitness has signed a development agreement to open 127 new studios under the Club Pilates banner, marking the largest deal in Xponential Fitness's history. The expansion will take place over the next five years across California, Idaho, Minnesota, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington, where the company has secured the remaining available territories.
Founded in 2013, Riser Fitness has grown into one of the largest operators within the Xponential network, currently managing more than 110 studios across eight states. Backed by over $140 million in capital from Fortress Investment Group, the company has also established an international presence, including a master franchise agreement in Mexico City and plans for expansion into Australia.
The agreement will bring Riser Fitness’ total pipeline to more than 340 licenses globally, reinforcing its position as the largest franchisee within the system. Leadership has attributed this growth to a combination of operational discipline, strategic alignment with franchisor systems, and sustained demand for accessible fitness concepts.
