This marks Potbelly’s fourth restaurant in the Triangle area, joining other locations in Cary, Morrisville, and Durham.
Franchisees Mohit Kishore and Tulshi Bhakar are behind the new shop, bringing their entrepreneurial spirit to the vibrant Raleigh market. “The Triangle has truly embraced us, and we’re thrilled to bring another fantastic Potbelly to the region,” said Kishore. Their enthusiasm reflects a strong commitment to delivering not just great food, but also a welcoming neighborhood experience.
To celebrate the grand opening, Potbelly launched a "Free Potbelly for a Year" promotion, where the first 50 guests received weekly sandwiches for an entire year. The following day, the restaurant hosted a community-focused Spirit Night fundraiser supporting Sanderson High School’s band program. During the event, 20% of all sales between 2 and 6 PM were donated to the school, reinforcing Potbelly’s local engagement.
