Autumn has arrived at Newk's Eatery, and with it comes a menu that celebrates the warmth and flavor of the season. The brand has introduced a new lineup of limited-time dishes that capture the essence of fall, blending comfort with creativity in every bite. Each offering reflects Newk’s signature commitment to scratch-made quality and bold culinary expression.
Among the highlights is the Grilled Steak Sandwich, featuring tender cuts of steak layered with caramelized onions and horseradish sauce for a satisfying blend of richness and spice. The Black & Bleu Salad brings a lighter but equally indulgent option, pairing sliced steak with pecans, mixed greens, and creamy bleu cheese dressing. Both dishes are balanced yet hearty, designed to appeal to guests seeking both flavor and familiarity.
Comfort takes center stage in other additions, including Newk’s Beef Chili, a slow-simmered favorite that combines ground beef, tomatoes, and beans, and the Chili Mac & Cheese, a velvety fusion of five cheeses and chili topped with fresh garnishes. The Chili Taco Salad adds another layer of variety, while pizza lovers can savor the Pepperoni and Portabella Pizza topped with fresh basil for a classic, crowd-pleasing finish.
No fall menu would be complete without dessert, and Newk’s has delivered. The new PB & Chocolate Cake offers a rich, decadent blend of peanut butter and chocolate, while the New York Cheesecake with Strawberry Puree delivers a timeless finale. Each sweet is crafted in-house, reflecting the brand’s dedication to handmade quality and culinary comfort.
Frank Paci, Chief Executive Officer of Newk's Eatery, described the fall menu as a reflection of the brand’s philosophy of warmth and hospitality. “Fall is a season defined by bold flavors and satisfying meals,” Paci said. “Our goal is to give guests a reason to gather and enjoy the food that makes this season special.” Available for a limited time at participating Newk’s locations, the new offerings underscore the company’s continued focus on innovation and connection through food.
