Moe’s Casa Mexicana, part of the U.S. fast-casual brand Moe’s Southwest Grill, is set to open its first international location on December 6, 2025, in New Delhi through franchise partner Unify Foodworks. The flagship restaurant will be located within the Elan Miracle complex and promises a vibrant dining experience with colorful décor, lively music, and an inviting atmosphere. Opening day will feature a ribbon-cutting ceremony and a live mariachi performance to celebrate the launch.
The menu combines classic Tex-Mex staples such as burritos, tacos, and nachos with options adapted for local preferences. Diners can choose vegetarian options and customize spice levels. Meals are available for dine-in, takeaway, or delivery. This approach reflects the brand’s effort to offer inclusive and accessible fast-casual dining that appeals to a diverse Indian audience.
Steven Yang, Senior Vice President APAC at GoTo Foods, expressed excitement about the venture, noting that India is ready for fresh and flavorful dining experiences. Sumer Sethi, CEO of Unify Foodworks, emphasized that New Delhi is just the first step toward expanding Moe’s presence across India. Their partnership demonstrates confidence in the growing demand for international fast-casual concepts.
The New Delhi opening represents more than a restaurant launch. It signals Moe’s Casa Mexicana’s strategy to enter global markets while adapting its menu and experience to local tastes. This expansion provides a strong example of how international franchising can succeed through thoughtful localization and market awareness.
