The fried chicken scene in Upper Sandusky just got more exciting with the official opening of Lee’s Famous Recipe® Chicken at 122 N. Warpole Street. Known for its crispy, home-style meals and warm hospitality, Lee’s welcomed the community with a grand opening celebration on June 3, 2025.
The new location is operated by franchisees Ryan and Wanda Hoehn, who have a proven track record with successful Lee’s locations in Wapakoneta, Delphos, and St. Marys. Their newest restaurant aims to bring Lee’s famous comfort food and customer-first service to a growing fan base in northwestern Ohio.
The grand opening event featured a ribbon-cutting ceremony, giveaways, free samples, and a welcoming community atmosphere. Attendees had the opportunity to enjoy the signature dishes while celebrating the arrival of a brand committed to both flavor and local connection.
