KYURAMEN has opened a new multi-brand fast-casual destination at 40 Gold Street in Manhattan’s Financial District, bringing three Asian food concepts together under one roof. The location introduces the first Kyuramen Express, the new Bao Dumpling concept and Aokō Matcha, giving customers a mix of Japanese comfort food, Chinese-inspired dumplings, matcha beverages and desserts in a single setting.
Kyuramen Express serves as the centerpiece of the new format, offering a streamlined selection of the brand’s Japanese favorites. The menu includes Tokyo Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen, Sapporo Miso Ramen and Kyushu Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen, along with udon, rice bowls, sushi, onigiri, appetizers and combination meals. Bao Dumpling adds a Chinese-inspired option with dishes such as Spicy Kung Pao Chicken Dumplings and Orange Beef Dumplings, while Aokō Matcha rounds out the offering with matcha drinks, gelato, parfaits, soft serve and desserts.
For KYURAMEN Founder and CEO Gary Lin, the location represents an opportunity to bring several of the company’s dining experiences together in a more flexible format. The restaurant is open daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. for dine-in, takeout and delivery, positioning the three concepts to serve customers across lunch, dinner and afternoon occasions.
Managing several concepts from one location also creates a need for clear financial visibility across different menus, revenue streams and operating priorities. Gorilla Dash offers a Financial Reporting feature that can help franchise organizations organize financial information and monitor performance across multiple locations or business lines as they expand.
The Manhattan opening gives KYURAMEN a way to test how complementary food concepts can operate together while offering customers greater choice from a single address. With ramen, dumplings and matcha sharing the same destination, the company is broadening its fast-casual portfolio while creating a format that could support future growth.
