The brand has awarded 14 new territories, extending its presence across Colorado, California, Texas, Florida, Virginia, Illinois, North Carolina, Michigan, and New Mexico.
The company began franchising in 2014 and has steadily expanded through a model focused on residential property management services such as rent collection, maintenance coordination, leasing support, and tenant management. The latest round of territory awards represents one of its strongest recent growth periods and reflects continued interest in the property management sector among franchise investors.
Keyrenter has also strengthened its support infrastructure with the appointment of Eric Steward as Vice President of Onboarding. Steward previously worked with Pillar To Post and brings experience in franchise recruitment and franchisee support. His role will focus on helping new owners transition into operations more efficiently as the network continues to grow.
Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer Nate Tew said the new territories create opportunities for entrepreneurs seeking to enter the residential real estate services market. He added that the company remains focused on supporting franchisees as they establish and scale their businesses in local markets.
