HomeWell Franchising has promoted Mike Condon to Chief Development Officer, elevating a leader who has played a significant role in the company's recent franchise expansion. The appointment reflects HomeWell's continued investment in leadership as demand for in-home care services grows across the United States. Chief Executive Officer Crystal Franz credited Condon with helping strengthen the franchise system, attract qualified owners, and guide the company's long-term development strategy during a period of sustained momentum.
Condon joined HomeWell in 2022 as Franchise Development Director before becoming Vice President of Franchise Development in early 2023. During his tenure, the company signed 112 franchise owners and awarded 130 territories between 2023 and 2025, contributing to a 150 percent increase in operating locations. Those milestones positioned HomeWell among the fastest-growing home care franchise organizations in the country while expanding its presence into new markets.
Reflecting on his promotion, Condon said he remains committed to helping prospective franchise owners make informed decisions through transparency and consistent support. He noted that building lasting relationships with franchise candidates has been central to HomeWell's development philosophy and credited the company's collaborative culture for much of its recent success. As Chief Development Officer, he will oversee the next phase of franchise expansion while continuing to strengthen recruitment and territory growth efforts.
Supporting growth at that scale requires more than experienced leadership. Franchise organizations also benefit from systems that make operational knowledge accessible across every location. Gorilla Dash's Knowledge Base provides franchise owners with a centralized library of training materials, operating procedures, and business guidance, allowing new franchisees to find essential information quickly while ensuring established locations remain aligned with evolving standards.
As HomeWell continues expanding its national footprint, maintaining consistency across hundreds of territories becomes increasingly important. A structured knowledge management system helps reduce onboarding time, supports operational compliance, and encourages best practice sharing throughout the organization. By combining experienced leadership with reliable access to institutional knowledge, franchise brands can build stronger foundations for sustainable long-term growth.
