It’s been a whirlwind year!
As December winds down, we find ourselves reflecting and grateful: for new customers, interesting travel, and ample opportunities to meet Gorilla Dash users in the real world.
Our travels took us to Las Vegas to meet Signarama leaders, to Orlando to connect with the executives at Transworld, and to West Palm Beach, Florida, to chat with the good people at Graze Craze.
Closer to home, we traveled to Melbourne for franchise shows with teams from New Zealand and Australia. This was our favorite stop on the global tour because it was the first time our entire team met in person.
Along the way, we added some new franchises to the Gorilla Dash family, including Transworld, Graze Craze, and Exit Factor.
Next year, we’ll be hiring more staff in the United States to better support our customers there.
We wish each of you a happy holiday season filled with much-deserved relaxation, festivities, and warmth from friends and family.
We’re also looking forward to a nice, warm summer holiday — complete with shrimp on the barbie!

Quick Gorilla Dash Guide
Brush up your skills for the new year
If you find sales slowing down before (or after) the holidays, it might be a good time to brush up on your skills. Or, assign some bonus training to your newest employees. A more knowledgeable team means a more efficient business in the new year.
Navigate to your franchise’s Knowledge Base in Gorilla Dash to find the most up-to-date training. Every franchise customises this tool a little differently.
Here are some items you may find:
Sales Training
We’ve seen our franchises using this to store technical how-to videos as well as pointers on the soft skills for closing deals and selling their business.
Webinars, Newsletters, and Updates
However, if your franchise keeps you informed, look for past issues and recordings stored in a convenient archive.
Software Training
From Facebook and Meta tips to how to use OneDrive and your email server, your franchise isn’t about to leave you fumbling in the dark with new technology trends.
Marketing Tips
From how to compose a press release to how to use networking to your advantage, your marketing 101 primer is here for your convenience.
Product Training
When your franchise has new products each month, stay up-to-date with handy guides and product highlight reels.
