CRISP & GREEN has expanded its footprint in Northwest Arkansas with the opening of a new restaurant in Springdale, strengthening the fast casual brand’s presence in a region that has shown growing demand for health-focused dining. The location builds on the momentum established by the brand’s Bentonville restaurant and reflects a broader strategy of thoughtful regional growth.
Founder and Executive Chairman Steele Smiley described the Springdale opening as an important step in CRISP & GREEN’s long-term mission to make nutritious food more accessible. Arkansas, he noted, has proven to be a strong market for the brand’s chef-crafted menu, which centers on fresh ingredients and meals designed to support active lifestyles.
The Springdale launch was marked by a community-oriented celebration that emphasized both food and wellness. Guests were welcomed with a complimentary entrée offer through the brand’s mobile app, reinforcing CRISP & GREEN’s focus on customer engagement and loyalty. The opening also included a scheduled Wellness Series event, pairing dining with movement and underscoring the brand’s holistic approach to health.
Franchise partner The Green Guys, LLC, which also operates the Bentonville location, played a central role in bringing the brand to Springdale. Following the success of the first Arkansas restaurant, the group expressed confidence that the Springdale community would similarly embrace a dining concept that prioritizes balance, quality, and consistency.
Founded in 2016, CRISP & GREEN continues to grow its national presence by blending fast casual convenience with a wellness-driven philosophy. The Springdale opening highlights how the brand is using community engagement, technology, and experiential events to differentiate itself in an increasingly competitive segment of the restaurant industry.
