CC’s Coffee House is welcoming the fall season with a limited-time menu that pairs returning favorites with new flavors designed to give customers something familiar and something unexpected. The Baton Rouge, Louisiana-based coffee brand began rolling out its seasonal offerings Aug. 26, with the menu available through Nov. 3. The lineup includes seasonal beverages and bakery items built around familiar autumn flavors such as pumpkin, apple, cinnamon and toasted marshmallow.
Among the returning offerings are Pumpkin Pie and Caramel Apple Pie, available in Mochasippi, cold brew, iced latte and hot latte formats. The seasonal menu also introduces Pumpkin Chai, which combines CC’s signature Pumpkin Pie flavor with cinnamon, cardamom and ginger. Toasted Marshmallow Matcha adds another point of difference, pairing earthy matcha with toasted marshmallow and vanilla.
The bakery lineup follows the same balance of familiarity and novelty. Pumpkin Spice Crumble Cake returns with pumpkin, cinnamon, sugar and cloves, while the new Apple Cinnamon Pull-Apart features flaky dough and an apple filling. Jessica Andrus, marketing campaign manager at CC’s Coffee House, said the company wanted the menu to capture the flavors customers associate with fall while giving them new options to discover.
The seasonal rollout reflects a familiar strategy in the restaurant industry: use limited-time products to give customers a reason to return while creating new occasions around an established brand. For franchise operators, campaigns built around seasonal products can also require coordination across marketing, operations and individual locations. Gorilla Dash includes Competitions and Promotions tools that can help franchise teams plan and manage seasonal campaigns while keeping promotional activity organized across their network.
As the fall menu remains available through early November, CC’s Coffee House has an opportunity to turn seasonal interest into repeat visits by combining recognizable flavors with new menu discoveries. For franchise brands, the broader lesson is that seasonal promotions can do more than refresh a menu. When planned carefully, they can give customers a timely reason to engage with a familiar brand while giving operators another opportunity to test what resonates in their local markets.
