Body Fit Training has expanded into Denmark with the opening of its first studio in Frederiksberg, marking a new chapter in the brand’s European growth strategy. The launch introduces the science based, coach led training concept to the Nordic market, positioning BFT to meet growing demand for structured and results driven fitness programs.
The Frederiksberg studio is operated by franchisee Tage Flugiem, who brings experience in developing international fitness brands across Scandinavia. The opening was supported by comprehensive onboarding and training to ensure consistency in coaching standards, class delivery, and member experience from the outset.
Alongside the new location, BFT is rolling out its ANCORE Pro cable system, which expands the brand’s resistance training offering with more than 150 new cable based exercises. The system is designed to enhance mobility, core strength, and functional movement while giving coaches greater flexibility to tailor programs to individual member goals.
Sarah Nehme, head of programming at BFT, said the new system allows for greater variety and personalisation across training sessions. Founder Cameron Falloon added that continued innovation remains central to the brand’s mission to deliver measurable results while maintaining a strong community focused training environment.
As BFT continues to grow across Europe, the Denmark launch reflects the brand’s commitment to pairing disciplined programming with modern training technology. With its first Nordic studio now open, the company is positioning itself for further regional development while strengthening its appeal to both members and prospective franchise partners.
