It can also be overwhelming.
We’ve added the Endorsement tool to make the giant directory of your organization a little more friendly.
Think of it like business reviews that are only shared internally. If you’ve partnered with a location across the country, you can leave a quick note on the Tribe Directory to share your experience:
“The team in Metropolis was fantastic to work with. They responded quickly, helping me with a client who had a last-minute request while at a trade show in their town.”
The next time someone looks up that tribe, they’ll see your glowing review and feel confident about reaching out.
Endorsements also show up in the Vendor Directory. This allows you to share your experiences with an outside company within your internal business network.
The next time you need a specific service, you can easily find out which vendor has the best reputation.

Leave an Endorsement
Endorse a Tribe
Open the Tribe Directory. Find the right team by searching by location, name of the employee, type of equipment or service you’re looking for.
Under the list of staff, click the plus sign ➕ to Write an endorsement.
Adding the product or service you used is optional. After writing your thoughts, click Save.
The rest of your network will see what you’ve written!
Endorse a Vendor
Open the Vendor Directory. Scroll through categories or search by the company’s name or a keyword.
Click on the Vendor to open their profile.
At the top, click the pencil ✏️ to Write an endorsement.
Your name and location will be pre-filled. Don’t forget to Save!
Who will you endorse?
Since Endorsements is a brand-new tool, there probably aren’t many in either the Tribe or Vendor directories.
But don’t be shy! Be the first to write up Endorsements for some of your favourite partners and vendors.
Sending a compliment to a fellow business owner could mean an Endorsement for your own business — and more sales from future partnerships.
