Marugame Udon Goes All In with Karali Group for UK & Ireland Takeover

Japanese udon and tempura restaurant Marugame Udon has entered a master franchise agreement with the Karali Group to accelerate its UK and Ireland expansion. This transition from corporate-owned to fully franchised operations will streamline management of nine existing locations and support new openings. With leadership from Karim Janmohamed and operational oversight by interim CEO Sam McIntyre, the partnership aims to introduce the fast-casual noodle brand to more communities while maintaining fresh, authentic service.
