Town & Country's New Values? Pizza, Pasta, and Purpose

Town & Country Pizza & Pasta is rolling out its Taking Care of People initiative, centering employee wellbeing, franchisee support, and community partnerships. The brand will match meal vouchers through Give Where You Live to alleviate cost-of-living pressures and is partnering with Geelong Football Club in a pizza-making showdown that allocates a $10,000 donation to a selected charity based on customer votes. The initiative, initiated after a successful pilot, will run for 12 months with monitoring and adjustment ongoing.
