Nothing Bundt Cakes is beginning the year with a renewed focus on seasonal indulgence, bringing back a fan-favorite flavor while introducing new limited-time offerings designed to drive early-year visits across its bakery locations. The brand has confirmed the return of its Biscoff Cookie Butter Cake, a flavor that first appeared in 2025 and quickly sold out due to overwhelming demand. Available beginning January 5, the cake will remain on menus through February 15, while supplies last.
The Biscoff Cookie Butter Cake features a spice cake base infused with Biscoff cookie butter and finished with a drizzle of the same spread on top. Real Biscoff cookies are baked into the base and layered above, adding texture and flavor that have made the cake one of the brand’s most requested seasonal offerings. Its return reflects a growing consumer appetite for limited-time products that balance nostalgia with novelty.
Joining the returning favorite is a new pop-up flavor, the New-Fashioned Marble With Chocolate Frosting. Offered exclusively in Bundtlet size from January 12 through January 25, the dessert combines yellow and chocolate marble cake with a chocolate ganache cream cheese frosting and chocolate-coated wafer pieces. The release also marks the debut of chocolate frosting within the brand’s rotating menu, expanding its flavor profile for customers seeking richer dessert options.
As Valentine’s Day approaches, Nothing Bundt Cakes will introduce the Chocolate Raspberry Heart Made with DOVE pop-up flavor. The chocolate cake is filled with raspberry puree, topped with the brand’s signature cream cheese frosting, and finished with a DOVE chocolate heart. Available in Bundtlet Towers from February 2 through February 15, the offering is designed for gifting and seasonal celebrations.
Dolf Berle, chief executive officer of Nothing Bundt Cakes, said the early months of the year present meaningful opportunities for gathering and gift-giving. He noted that the seasonal lineup is intended to make it easy for guests to bring something special to any occasion, whether celebrating with others or enjoying a moment of personal indulgence.
