The couple previously restored the historic Hotel Settles, a project that helped spark renewed local pride. Brint Ryan, founder of the Dallas-based tax services firm Ryan LLC and a Big Spring native, said the new restaurant represents a personal milestone. “Bringing Mr. Gatti’s to my hometown is an aspiration fulfilled,” he said. “It is about more than just food; it is about community.”
Amanda Ryan shares that sense of purpose, noting that their goal is to create a gathering space for families to celebrate life’s moments. The grand opening will feature live entertainment, face painting, games, and giveaways, including free pizza for a year and $5 game cards for the first 50 children who join the buffet. The event aims to introduce not only a new dining option but also a place where residents of all ages can relax, connect, and enjoy time together.
